Refund Policy for WizQl

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for purchases made within the WizQl application (“App”).

1. 30-Day Refund Period

You may be eligible for a full refund of your purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase of the WizQl App or any in-app purchases, provided the conditions below are met.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be initiated within the 30-day period following your purchase.
• The purchase must have been made directly from the developer (if applicable, e.g., via a license key purchase on a website).
• If your purchase was made through a third-party app store (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store), your refund will be subject to their respective refund policies and procedures. Please refer to their terms for refund eligibility and instructions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a direct purchase from the developer, please use the license management portal or you can send an email to razein@wizql.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address used for the purchase
• Date of purchase
• Item purchased (e.g., “WizQl Pro License,” “In-App Purchase X”)
• Reason for the refund request

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving your refund request, I will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (e.g., 5-10 business days), depending on your bank or payment processor.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 30-day refund period has expired.
• Refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores are handled exclusively by those platforms according to their policies.
